I got an email from the iPhone Development program stating that Development Provisioning Profiles created before June 9, 2008 are being revoked and will have to be re-created.

Dear Enrolled iPhone Developer,
In preparation for the release of iPhone OS 2.0, we will be revoking all iPhone Development Certificates created prior to June 9, 2008. Therefore, your iPhone Development Provisioning Profiles associated with these certificates will be invalidated. After your certificates are revoked, please submit a certificate request for a new iPhone Development Certificate in the Program Portal. Team Admins will need to renew all affected iPhone Development Provisioning Profiles.
